Plastic hot water collector

We manufacture the hot water collectors using blow molding technology. We can develop and manufacture the plastic plate as a hollow body according to your specifications. We produce the hot water collectors up to a size of 200 cm long and 100 cm wide.
In addition to the blow-molding production of the plastic collectors, the absorbers are also post-processed so that you receive a ready-to-install product from us (also in your packaging if necessary).

Plastic hot water collectors offer several advantages over collectors made of metal or other materials. Plastic collectors are significantly cheaper to produce than metal collectors. Due to their light weight, plastic collectors are easier to assemble and install. In addition, plastic is particularly resistant to aggressive media such as chlorinated swimming pool water.

As an additional component, our plastic enclosures can be manufactured with UV protection. This ensures that the plastic does not fade or become brittle after just a few years.
