Extrusion blow molding is a specialized manufacturing process in which dimensionally stable hollow bodies are produced from thermoplastic materials.

Thanks to our decades of experience in plastics processing, we develop blow-molded products that have become indispensable in many industrial sectors. Similar to injection-molded plastic products, they offer high stability combined with low weight and are a cost-effective alternative to comparable products made from other materials. Using thermoplastic polymers (thermoformable plastics), we can manufacture extrusion blow-molded products with surfaces in visible part quality and more complex geometries. The finished extrusion blow-molded products from B&W are manufactured in a way that conserves materials and resources and impress with their high quality.
The dimensionally stable hollow bodies are manufactured using so-called accumulation head blow molding machines. These are special extrusion blow moulding machines for forming hollow bodies, which allow the products designed on the computer to be implemented and shaped with the highest precision
