B&W focuses on the solution and can use extrusion blow molding and injection molding processes for implementation. With 17 extrusion blow molding machines and 7 injection molding machines. For parts up to 8 kg using extrusion blow molding and up to 15 kg using injection molding. An expanded range of services is offered in cooperation with close, long-standing partners.

Extrusion blow molding is a process for manufacturing hollow plastic bodies of various sizes. A plastic tube is blown into a mold and thus takes on the desired shape. Examples include tanks, expansion tanks, housing components, and heat absorbers.
What is injection molding?
Injection molding is a manufacturing process in which plastic is injected into a mold under high pressure to produce complex components precisely and efficiently. This results in customized technical parts with high dimensional stability and robustness. At B&W, these include plastic housings for solar systems, PV storage systems, and energy storage systems, as well as plastic parts for radar sensors, pools, and vehicles.
