Discussion and Next Steps
We will review feasibility and potential improvements with you. Special requirements (flame retardancy, technical specifications, etc.) can also be integrated.
Step 3
Design
No matter how far along you are or what technical expertise you possess. Our design department can work with you to develop a suitable product, or we can support your design with process engineering knowledge!
Step 4
Toolmaking
As soon as technically feasible design data is available, the tool can be built.
Step 5
Sampling
The first parts are sampled. Machine time is allocated for testing purposes. (Wall thicknesses, clamping, tool modifications if necessary)
Step 6
Series Production
Once series production is running, we are continuously interested in optimizing products and processes. We also keep you informed about current change or improvement suggestions.
